      锆合金已成为第三代压水反应堆(PWR)燃料的主要结构材料。其在高温高压水中的腐蚀行为是其关键性能之一,腐蚀过程中氧的扩散动力学和界面亚稳相的形成是了解其腐蚀行为的关键,需要进一步研究。因此,本文针对已预腐蚀生成一定厚度氧化膜的Zr-Sn-Nb合金,研究了其在不同温度下进行真空热处理过程中的氧扩散动力学及亚稳相演变行为。结果表明,真空退火后氧化膜变薄,氧在氧化锆基体中的扩散增强,并计算了特定合金中氧的扩散系数。退火后微观化学分析表明亚稳相层厚度增加。固溶氧锆基体(Zr(O))层也明显增厚。针对该现象,本文讨论了对应氧扩散及亚稳相形成过程。该扩散极为可能是ZrO2和Zr(O)之间存在的氧含量梯度以及锆基体的高氧溶解度造成,受抑制的氧化速率将促进亚稳相的生长。借此提出,在实际水腐蚀情况下,氧化及氧化膜向基体溶解过程应共存。当氧化速率受限时,氧化膜向基体溶解作用将增强,有利于形成较厚的亚稳层。
Research on the Oxygen Diffusion Behaviors during Vacuum Annealing Treatment of Oxidized Zirconium Alloy

      Zirconium alloys have become the major structural materials of reactor fuel in the third-generation pressurized-water reactor (PWR). The corrosion of the alloys in high temperature high-pressurized water is one of the key properties in consideration. Diffusion kinetics of oxygen and the formation of interfacial metastable phases are crucial to understand the corrosion behavior of zirconium alloys and are necessary to be further studied. In this work, vacuum heat treatments were performed in different temperature for the Zr-Sn-Nb alloys that have been already oxidized for certain time. Oxide film dissolution into matrix happened during such procedures, and diffusion of oxygen from zirconia to nearby zirconium matrix was enhanced. Diffusion kinetics of oxygen was discussed, and the diffusion coefficient was calculated for specific alloy. The diffusion could be attributed to the existence of oxygen content gradient and the high oxygen solubility in the matrix. ZrO were recognized by microscopic chemical analysis, and the thickness of the metastable layer increased after heat treatment. The oxygen-dissolved zirconium matrix (Zr(O)) layer was also largely widened. It is proposed that in the actual aqueous corrosion procedure, there should be co-existence of oxidation and oxide film dissolution into matrix. When oxidation rate is limited, oxide film dissolution will become obvious and facilitate the growth of metastable layer.
